Shipping

All orders received prior to 1pm Monday to Friday are normally shipped the same day (in some circumstances it may be the next working day).
Orders received between Friday 1pm and Sunday are normally shipped the following Monday.

Recorded Delivery:
Signature required on delivery.
No guaranteed delivery date, but typically 1 to 3 days.

Special Delivery:
Next day delivery (not guaranteed) before 1:00pm GMT.
Goods insured to the value of £500.

Courier:
Next day courier service
Signature required on delivery.
No guaranteed delivery date, but typically 1 to 3 days.
Goods insured to the value of £50.

Returns

Like any retail outlet we are all human and from time to time errors will occur.
It is important that you contact us as soon as you have a problem, in order that we can sort things out quickly and efficiently.

Reasons for a return may include the following:

• Returning goods which you believe to be faulty.
• Returning goods which were wrongly supplied.
• Returning goods for warranty work.

You should contact us BEFORE you send them back otherwise a handling charge may be applied.
It's also worth remembering that we do not operate a Try Before you but policy.
Once you have purchased your goods we are unable to accept them back into stock simply because you no longer have a use for them.
